By using MyPois, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using MyPois

MyPois is provided for personal organization of places. You are responsible for your account, the content you save, and any actions taken with your Google account. You must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, misuse third-party services, or attempt to access another user's data.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the places, notes, ratings, links, and other content you add. In Google mode, your collection is stored in your Google Drive. When you create a share link, you authorize MyPois to make the selected data available to people who have that link.

Third-party services

Google, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, map tile providers, and other services used by MyPois have their own terms. Your use of those services through MyPois is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Availability and changes

MyPois is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, integrations, and availability may change or be discontinued. You should keep independent exports or backups of important information.

Termination

You may stop using MyPois at any time and revoke its Google access from your Google Account. The service owner may suspend or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
